Alberto came out at 8 am to repair our fence that they had installed many years ago. I called the day before at 1:30 pm and they were able to send someone out to check out the fence the very next day. He was prompt, professional, and helped realign the portion of the fence that had fallen. He did not charge anything to help - was so friendly and helpful. He could have given me an estimate and tried to encourage us to replace the fence - instead he was very generous with his time and fixed the portion of the fence that had sunk and come apart. The gentle men who helped me was very kind and explained every little detail. He gave me ideas on how to go with the fence I wanted for my house. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. My husband and I were originally going to go through a big name company for our homes fence but had a horrible experience and ended up reaching out to Aztec Fence instead after a referral from a family member. I am so glad we did because they were AMAZING. They did a beautiful job and super professional, however my favorite thing was how responsive they were. We were 100% satisfied with Aztec.  For starters they blew every other proposal out of the water.  They were absolutely professional in every way from the first phone call down to the final inspection.  Albert showed up on time every time and they kept us informed every step of the way. They knocked out over 700 linear feet of shadow box fencing in just two days and communication was unmatched during the build.  After encountering some property line issues, they quickly came up with a great solution that worked well for us and our neighbors.  After several months, our dogs had dug under the fence in an area where the land was sloped.  I called Aztec and Albert was out to our property the very next day!!  They removed and replaced three eight foot sections of 5 Ft fence boards with 6 ft boards to solve the issue AT NO CHARGE!!!  Hard to find this level of quality and professionalism. Aztec Fence has been servicing Lake County Storage for years. The property needed Bollards and Chain link fence repaired. Sam sent a VERY PROFESSIONAL, Hard Working, Respectful crew to make the repairs. The Bollards are extremely solid and the chain link looks like nothing was ever repaired.
